At Falcon Computers, we take our repair jobs seriously. With over 30 years of computer hardware experience, we can assess your computer and find the best and most economical way to get you back up and working again. Usually you will be given a flat rate for repairs, (no hidden fees) and we will let you know if the cost of your repairs is worth it for your particular machine. We often see computers that have been repaired by other stores that were never worth the cost of the repairs. We think that is irresponsible and unfair to the customer. You can bet that won't happen at Falcon Computers. Honesty, communication and integrity are the backbone of what we do here and you can bet you'll get excellent service at a reasonable rate for all your repair needs.

Service Calls
Do you have a business with many computers that need help? Are you unsure how to disconnect your computer from all those cables and then get it hooked up again? If this or any other reason stops you from getting your computer repaired, than we can help. Falcon Computers does service calls. We can come to your house or business and can do most software repairs on site. If your computer needs more help, we can take it back to our shop and then return it to you. Our cost for On-Site repairs runs $85 dollars an hour with a one hour minimum charge. Billing runs in 15 minute increments after that. There is a cost for drive time depending on your location. We service Kailua-Kona, Waimea, Waikoloa, North Kohala, and Kawaihae. If you are in a different location, just give us a call and we can recommend someone who can help.
