The mission of The Oregon Community Foundation is to improve lives for all Oregonians through the power of philanthropy. 

The Foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations through the Oregon Immigrant and Refugee Funders Collaborative. Partners in this collaborative include the Oregon Community Foundation, the Collins Foundation, and the Meyer Memorial Trust.
