THIS IMPOSED SCHEME IS ONE OF THE 48 BEING IMPOSED ON INDIGENOUS LAND ACROSS THE ARCHIPELAGO AND STRONG ACTIONS ARE NEEDED TO TRY TO REVERSE THIS POLICY AND GIVE THEM BACK THE RIGHT TO LIVE ON THEIR LANDS. $98,000
