Swiss Re Foundation seeks to help societies develop their capacity to mitigate health, environmental, and economic risks as well as to recover quickly from setbacks.

Through the Charity of the Year program, the Foundation supports organizations in communities with a Swiss Re office. The focus is on natural hazards and climate risk management, and access to health.
