Computer Parts and Services
Check with us for cables, power supplies, memory upgrades, fans, keyboards and mice, external hard drives, and many other items. We can also order any part or accessory you may need and can usually have it here in Hawaii within 3 business days. Our prices are competitive and we would be happy to give you a price quote for comparison at any time.
Service Calls
Do you have a business with many computers that need help? Are you unsure how to disconnect your computer from all those cables and then get it hooked up again? If this or any other reason stops you from getting your computer repaired, than we can help. Falcon Computers does service calls. We can come to your house or business and can do most software repairs on site. If your computer needs more help, we can take it back to our shop and then return it to you. Our cost for On-Site repairs runs $85 dollars an hour with a one hour minimum charge. Billing runs in 15 minute increments after that. There is a cost for drive time depending on your location. We service Kailua-Kona, Waimea, Waikoloa, North Kohala, and Kawaihae. If you are in a different location, just give us a call and we can recommend someone who can help.
