To generate an accurate report, you will need a copy of your operating budget, including a breakdown of grant awards by amount and funding source. 

This exercise takes about ten minutes.

Once you have finished, you can save the report on your dashboard or print your results and share them with your staff, board of directors, or fundraising committee. The projections can also be helpful when engaging in strategic planning discussions.
