Leveraging Partnerships as a Competitive Advantage
Webinar date: May 11, 2026, 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Successful programs leverage the strength of community partners. The strongest proposals clearly demonstrate why those partnerships matter. To stand out in a competitive funding environment, collaboration must be concrete and strategic.
Funders expect coordination, not duplication. Yet too often, partnerships are referenced without clearly defining roles, alignment, or strategic value. When collaboration lacks clarity, it doesn’t enhance competitiveness, it undermines it.
During this session, Alice Ruhnke will show you how to turn partnerships into a measurable competitive advantage.
Win More Grants Through Solid Grant Management
Webinar date: May 12, 2026, 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Winning a grant is a milestone, but it's only the beginning. What happens after the award letter arrives is where many organizations quietly struggle. Without clear systems for tracking expenses, gathering outcomes, communicating with funders, and distributing responsibilities across a team, even well-resourced organizations can find themselves overwhelmed at reporting time, scrambling to pull together data that should have been collected months earlier.
The consequences of poor grant management go beyond stress. Missed deadlines, incomplete reports, and undocumented outcomes can damage the funder relationships your organization has worked hard to build and jeopardize future funding. At the same time, grant management done well is one of the most powerful and underutilized tools for growing your grant portfolio.
This three-part webinar series, led by Amanda Day and Kimberly Hays de Muga of HayDay Services, offers a comprehensive, practical roadmap for managing grants from award to closeout and beyond.
Budgeting to Fully Fund Your Overhead
Webinar date: May 20, 2026, 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Are you faced with tough decisions because your organization isn’t able to fully fund your operating budget?
Unfortunately, it’s often easier to fund your programs and special projects than it is to raise the dollars you need to keep the lights on.
This webinar will identify the building blocks of a strong budget and explain how nonprofits can easily raise the dollars needed to cover overhead costs. Mandy Pearce of Funding for Good will discuss how proper budgeting will propel grant proposals to success and how to use messaging to raise these much-needed funds.
