Advanced Reporting for Reimbursement-Based Grants in Quickbooks Online
Webinar date: September 18, 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Description: Do you manage grants (federal and otherwise) that require highly specific reporting line items that don’t match your current chart of accounts? Many government and reimbursement-based grants demand a level of detail that QuickBooks Online (QBO) users often find difficult to achieve using standard reports. If you find yourself spending hours manually converting your QBO financials into the custom categories your grantors require, this webinar is for you. Join Gregg Bossen for this advanced session where he will walk you through using Items (also known as Products/Services in QBO) to build Profit & Loss reports by grant that align precisely with your grantor’s reporting or reimbursement format.
Dollars and Sense: Building Budgets That Instill Confidence
Webinar date: September 22, 2025, 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Description: Funders now expect budget sections to do more than add up—they should demonstrate strategy, efficiency, and sustainability. Even small errors and omissions in your budget or budget narrative can undermine the credibility of the proposal and reduce the chances of funding. This session will help you develop clear, defensible budgets that reinforce your proposal’s credibility and match the narrative.
Developing Grant Proposals 101
Webinar date: September 25, 2025, 2:00 PM Eastern Time

Grantmakers make it even more challenging by using different terms that often mean the same thing. During this webinar, Alice Ruhnke will walk you through a systematic process to apply to all your grantseeking efforts in order to reduce the stress related to proposal writing.
